Dentinox Infant Colic Drops have been formulated to help relieve the abdominal pain (gripe, colic, or wind) that is common in both breast and bottle fed babies as a result of trapped wind caused by swallowing air. The alcohol and gluten free drops contain an ingredient called dimethicone that gently helps to release trapped wind and indigestion from your baby's tummy. Pleasant tasting, this these drops come with a handy syringe for easy application and are suitable to give to babies from birth onwards.
Usage/Instructions
How to take Dentinox Infant Colic Drops:
- Infants from birth onwards: Give 2.5ml with or after each feed using the syringe provided.
- Dentinox Colic Drops may be added to infant's bottle or given directly by syringe.
- Maximum 6 doses per day
- Do not give more than 15ml in 24 hours.
Warnings
Do not give Dentinox Infant Colic Drops if your baby is being treated for a thyroid disorder; seek advice from your doctor instead. Do not give Dentinox Infant Colic Drops if you think your baby might be allergic (hypersensitive) to dimeticone or any other ingredient.
Ingredients
The active substance is activated dimeticone 42 mg/5ml. The other ingredients are: purified water, sucrose, carbomer, dill oil, sodium hydroxide, methyl parahydroxybenzoate E218, ethyl parahydroxybenzoate E214, and propyl parahydroxybenzoate E216.
