Usage/Instructions
Directions for using Efamol Woman Pure Evening Primrose Oil 500mg:
- Take 2 500mg capsule daily with food.
- If you have just started to take Efamol Evening Primrose Oil capsules, we suggest taking six 500mg capsules a day or three 1000mg capsules per day with food for the first 12 weeks.
- Efamol Evening Primrose Oil contains active ingredients that work with your body over time; you may need to take them for up to three months before experiencing the full benefits.
