Usage/Instructions
OptiBac Probiotics For Every Day capsules should be taken 2 per day, or as directed by your doctor. They should be taken with breakfast everyday, and used on an ongoing basis for lasting results.
Suitable for adults and children (from 1 year upwards)
1 capsule daily with food, preferably with breakfast, drink plenty of water when taking live cultures.
