Product Description
Maximum Strength Ibuprofen 10% Gel contains the active ingredient ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is a simple painkilling medicine used to relieve mild to moderate pain and inflammation. It is used for the topical treatment of backache, rheumatic and muscular pain, sprains, strains and neuralgia. Ibuprofen Gel can also be used for symptomatic relief of pain that may be caused from non-serious arthritic conditions and various sports injuries.
Once Ibuprofen Gel has been applied to the skin, it is absorbed into the underlying tissues in order to reduce pain and any inflammation in the local area. It provides an immediate cooling and soothing effect once it has been applied to the affected area.
Usage/Instructions
Directions for the use of Maximum Strength Ibuprofen 10% Gel:
- Adults, the elderly and children over 14 years: squeeze 2 to 5 cm (50 to 125mg ibuprofen) of the gel from the tube and lightly rub into affected area until absorbed.
- Wash hands after each application.
- The maximum number of applications to be used in 24 hours is 4.
- The dose should not be repeated more frequently than every 4 hours.
- Not recommended for children under 14.

- Do not use if you are allergic to Ibuprofen or any other ingredients, aspirin, or any other pain killers.
- Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking aspirin, or any other pain relieving medicines, or if you are pregnant.
