About IBS
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is one of the most underestimated, widespread disorders in industrialized countries. IBS patients suffer from diverse symptoms such as constipation, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, flatulence, and bloating. In addition, IBS can significantly impair patients’ quality of life.
Kijimea IBS's Unique and patented ingredient
After a long research process, scientists finally found one unique bacteria strain that has been shown to significantly relieve IBS and its symptoms and to simultaneously improve IBS patients’ quality of life. This unique and patented bifidobacteria strain B. bifidum MIMBb75 is only available in Kijimea IBS, a medical device for the treatment of IBS.
How Does Kijimea IBS Work?
Experts are increasingly convinced that IBS may be caused by small damages in the intestinal barrier. These allow pollutants and pathogens to enter the intestinal wall and to trigger the typical IBS symptoms. The unique bifidobacterium contained in Kijimea IBS attaches itself directly to the surface of the intestinal wall and forms a protective layer. Our experts refer to this as the 'plaster effect'.
Kijimea is Clinically Shown to Work
In a clinical study, Kijimea IBS has shown to significantly reduce IBS symptoms such as digestive disorder, abdominal pain and discomfort, abdominal distension and bloating. In addition, Kijimea IBS simultaneously improved the quality of life of IBS patients by a significant margin.
